Citizen of the Year

We are holding a community get together on Monday 24th April at 7.45pm to announce the winner of our citizen of the year competition. We will announce the winner at around 8pm, finger snacks are kindly being provided by Blane from the Boathouse as well as some homebaking by members of the community council. We are hoping this will be an opportunity for organisations to come along and congratulate the new winner but also meet representatives from other community groups, we are hoping for as broad a representation as possible.

The nominees are;
Glenn and Lorna Jones, for years of community work in many organisations.
Pat Lawson, who has run the local Brownie/Rainbow group for over 40 years.
Roz Martin , who has worked tirelessly at Harbourlea for many years.
Kevin and Fiona Corps , Kevin and Fiona have run the ever successful East Neuk Dook for over 15 years raising many thousands of pounds for charity.

There is lots going on in our wonderful community please come along and make a great night for the four nominees and the eventual winner who have all worked quietly in the background for our community.

Kind Regards

Andy Peddie Community Council Chairman
